Barr is the founder of Parallel Play, a brand strategy studio. He specializes in go-to-market for early- and mid-stage startups, and spent the first years of his career helping build them — from category-defining (Warby Parker, Appear Here) to disruptor (Ruby, InHouse).
Isaac leads partnership execution at Parallel Play, connecting brands to the talent and communities that earn them cultural relevance. A recent graduate of Oberlin, he’s already worked across agency and in-house teams: strategy, creative, and execution at Cornerstone for clients like Major League Soccer and Coca-Cola, and collaborations at Warby Parker with Arch Manning, Emma Chamberlain, and Google. His focus is getting brands ahead of the curve, building authentic community, and compounding cultural capital.
